Who We Are

About Maono

Maono Advisory is an Africa-based institutional capital and project-development advisory firm. Based in Kampala, we work in selected African markets and connect suitable mandates with US and Canadian partners. Our work addresses the institutional and commercial constraints between available capital and productive investment.

We help clients develop capital-mobilisation pathways, prepare investment vehicles and enterprise pipelines, strengthen strategic projects and coordinate implementation. Each engagement is scoped around the client's decision and the evidence and delivery responsibilities required for the next step.

Our Purpose

Why Maono exists.

Promising opportunities often need more than an introduction to an investor. Governance, investment information, vehicle design, commercial assumptions and stakeholder coordination can determine whether an opportunity advances.

Maono brings these issues into a defined advisory mandate, with accountable work and useful outputs.

01

Institutional readiness

Identify governance, institutional and decision-making requirements.

02

Investment preparation

Strengthen the commercial information, structures and evidence required for investor consideration.

03

Stakeholder coordination

Align relevant institutions, sponsors and partners around an agreed pathway.

04

Accountable delivery

Define practical outputs and responsibilities for the next decision.

Independent Judgment

Evidence before commitment.

We test commercial assumptions, readiness and delivery requirements before recommending the next step.
